Refund policy

All products are made-to-order. Because every item is custom printed just for you after you place the order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Wrong color selected
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect personalization or design choices

Once an order goes into production, it cannot be canceled or modified.


Damages, Defects & Printing Issues (Covered)

If your order arrives with any of the following problems, we will make it right at no cost to you:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damage during shipping
  • Wrong item received
  • Significant printing issue (misprint, wrong design, major placement error, etc.)

How to file a claim (simple 3-step process):

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at themiliclubofficial@gmail.com
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos (or short video) of the issue – For print problems: show the full design and the defect – For wrong size/item: show the size tag and product – For damage: show the packaging + the damaged item
  3. We will review the photos and submit a claim to Printify on your behalf.

If approved, Vendor will either:

  • Reprint and ship a brand-new replacement (most common), or
  • Issue a full refund

You do not need to return the original item.


Important Notes

  • Minor variations in print placement (within 0.5") are normal for direct-to-garment printing and are not considered defects.
  • Color differences between screen and physical product can occur due to monitor settings and are not grounds for a claim.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
